Warehouse Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Manage material inward, checking, GRN and proper storage.
• Ensure accurate SKU-wise inventory, bin/location management and stock counting.
• Execute picking, packing and dispatch within defined TAT.
• Update inward, stock movements, transfers, returns and dispatches in Business Central/WMS.
• Identify and report stock variance, damages, ageing and non-moving inventory to the respective Warehouse Manager.
• Handle returns and support physical vs. system stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with Procurement, QC, Planning, Finance and Logistics as required.
• Maintain warehouse housekeeping, 5S, safety and proper product identification.
• Support peak-season requirements and urgent dispatches.
• Follow warehouse SOPs and support process improvement initiatives.
