Warehouse Executive

*Note: Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and possess strong English communication skills. Candidates from Import-Export, Freight Forwarding, or Logistics backgrounds are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create warehouse jobs and customer invoices in CargoWise within 24 hours, ensuring accurate billing of storage, inbound/outbound, trucking, vendor, and other charges.
• Verify invoices against Extensiv and operational records; complete monthly storage billing within the first five working days.
• Process customer invoices, revisions, and vendor/trucking invoices within defined timelines.
• Ensure CMP completion within seven days of job creation and maintain accurate shipment records and audit documentation.
• Prepare daily and monthly revenue, unbilled, trucking, job count, and inventory reports.
• Track revenue, costs, profitability, billing discrepancies, and pending invoices.
• Coordinate customer onboarding, rate sheets, customer master data, and documentation.
• Follow up with warehouse, dispatch, vendors, and accounting teams to resolve pending issues.
• Maintain operational dashboards, respond to urgent emails, and escalate unresolved issues promptly.
• Ensure SOP compliance, accurate reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional support.

Required Skills & Competencies

• CargoWise One, Extensiv WMS, Advanced Excel, and MS Outlook.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, freight forwarding, customer billing, accounts receivable, and vendor invoice management.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, ownership, follow-up, and teamwork.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 25 years of experience in warehouse back-office operations, freight forwarding, logistics, billing, or CargoWise operations.
• Experience in U.S. warehousing, 3PL, or contract logistics is preferred.
