Job Title: Warehouse Executive

Location - Guwahati

We are looking for an organised and proactive Warehouse Executive to oversee our

daily warehouse operations. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end

warehouse cyclefrom the moment inventory arrives at our dock to the final dispatch

of goods.

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing manpower effectively while

maintaining high standards of data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: Manage all warehouse activities, ensuring smooth workflows

for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.

• Inventory Management: Supervise the acceptance of incoming stock, ensuring

quality checks are performed and quantities match purchase orders.

• Manpower Management: Lead and supervise floor staff, including loaders and

packers; coordinate daily shifts and tasks to meet output targets.

• Dispatch Coordination: Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of products, verifying

documentation and maintaining delivery schedules.

• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment in

accordance with safety protocols.

Technical & Data Management

• Data Entry: Accurately record all stock movements in the system.
• Reporting: Use Microsoft Excel to maintain inventory logs, track stock levels, and

generate daily/weekly operational reports.

• System Knowledge: Operate basic computer software to manage warehouse

documentation and emails.
