Warehouse Executive

Role & responsibilities

Warehouse Operations

• Receive, store, and organize mobile phones, spare parts, accessories, and packaging materials.
• Ensure proper storage and handling of repaired and refurbished devices.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization standards.
• Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and inventory management best practices.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits and reconciliations.
• Track inventory movement through ERP/WMS systems.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, or damages.

Order Fulfillment

• Process customer, distributor, and marketplace orders accurately.
• Pick, pack, and prepare refurbished devices and accessories for shipment.
• Verify device specifications, IMEI numbers, grading status, and accessories before dispatch.
• Ensure proper packaging to prevent transit damage.

Dispatch & Logistics Coordination

• Coordinate with logistics partners and courier agencies for timely shipments.
• Generate shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.
• Maintain dispatch records and proof of delivery documentation.

Quality Control

• Verify quality checks have been completed before shipment.
• Ensure devices meet refurbishment and grading standards.
• Report damaged, defective, or non-compliant products for corrective action.

Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate warehouse and fulfillment records.
• Generate inventory, dispatch, and fulfillment performance reports.
• Support internal and external audits through proper documentation.
