Job Description Warehouse Executive

Location: Pune (Preferred)

Role Summary

Responsible for day-to-day warehouse operations including material receipt, inventory control, order execution, and documentation while ensuring FIFO/FEFO, EHS compliance, and accurate system entries.

Key Responsibilities

•    Receive and verify incoming materials against PO/DC/Invoice
•    Perform GRN and inventory transactions in SAP/ERP
•    Ensure proper storage, binning, and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO)
•    Execute orders for Equipment, Consumables, Spares, and Projects (South Zone)
•    Prepare delivery note, invoice, and E-way bill
•    Conduct physical stock checks and cycle counts
•    Maintain inventory records and related documentation
•    Identify and report damaged/expired/non-moving items
•    Support audits and coordinate with internal teams
•    Handle inward goods and support warehouse shifting activities

Skills & Experience

•    Graduate with computer knowledge; SAP knowledge preferred
•    3–5 years of warehouse/inventory experience
•    Knowledge of inventory control, documentation, and compliance
•    Strong coordination, accuracy, and reporting skills
