Role & responsibilities

Material & Inventory Management

• Manage and monitor the complete receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, packing materials, and auxiliary supplies.
• Oversee the Engineering Stores, ensuring accurate receipt and issue of engineering components and materials.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels of all stock and non-stock materials in close coordination with the production and user departments.
• Raise purchase requisitions for necessary stock and non-stock materials.

Process Expertise & SAP

• Execute dispensing and issuance procedures with high precision and expertise.
• Perform routine material movements and transactions smoothly within SAP.
• Conduct monthly physical verification of SAP stock materials to ensure zero discrepancies.

Quality Compliance & Documentation

• Manage QMS processes including Change Control, Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA), and Deviations.
• Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), equipment/area qualification reports, and other critical Quality System documents.
• Ensure full compliance with corporate policies, external regulatory requirements, and audit standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of area and equipment qualification protocols within the warehouse.

Preferred candidate profile

• Advanced hands-on experience with SAP (Warehouse Management modules).
• Solid understanding of QMS (Deviations, CAPA, Change Control) and audit readiness.
• Expert knowledge in dispensing procedures, stock reconciliation, and engineering store management.
• Strong coordination, communication, and team training abilities.
