Warehouse Executive(Formulations)

We have a requirement for Warehouse team at our Manufacturing unit located at Hyderabad(Dulapally).

Experience: 3-5 Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and review of documents like SOPs/OI’s/SCP Guidelines related to warehouse.
• Responsible for qualification and calibration of equipment.
• Co-ordinate with QA/FD/ QC/PM & PR for receipt and dispatch of materials/batches.
• Ensuring proper storage of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Ensuring proper labeling of equipment/product/area.
• Responsible to follow the vendor approved lit during receipt of the materials.
• Ensuring documents for thoroughness and completeness and prepare additional documentation when necessary.
• Conduct daily inspections of the condition of the warehouse and surrounding security features, request and ensure immediate repair of any defects detected during the daily inspection.
• Recommending modification to existing process and methodologies with constant focus on continuous improvement.
• Responsible for environmental conditions monitoring.
• Monitoring of stocks and reconciliation of raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.
• Responsible for Sampling of raw materials/Packaging materials.
• Responsible for dispensing/issuance of materials.
• Responsible for coordination with concerned QA/QC for sampling and testing.
• Ensuring preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Planning, communicating to other departments like EG, QA, QC regarding the activities related to warehouse.
• Responsible for operation and maintenance of dispensing/sampling RLAF.
• Responsible for posting the entries in ERP system.

Education:
