Warehouse & Dispatch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily warehouse, stores and dispatch operations.
• Maintain accurate SKU-wise, batch-wise and location-wise inventory.
• Ensure FEFO/FIFO and complete batch traceability.
• Handle order processing, picking, packing, loading and dispatch.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners.
• Ensure accurate delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills and dispatch documentation.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for finished-goods release.
• Manage returns, damaged, expired and rejected products.
• Monitor stock reconciliation, ageing and near-expiry inventory.
• Lead warehouse and dispatch team and ensure SOP, safety and compliance.
• Drive improvements in inventory accuracy, dispatch accuracy and on-time delivery.
• Min : 6-10 years; 2-4 years in supervisory/managerial role.

Basic / UG Qualification * - Graduate in Commerce / Science / Engineering / Agriculture / Supply Chain / Logistics or related field

PG Qualification - - PG Diploma in Materials Management / Logistics / Supply Chain preferred
