Warehouse (Dispatch) - Lead Position

Responsibilities:

1) Day to day monitoring of finished goods receipts and dispatch.

2) Individually dispatch section should lead.

3) Raising invoice for the dispatch of finished goods.

4) Ensure daily basis RG1 register and other GMP records.

5) Ensure to get readiness of customer and regulatory audits.

6) Day to day monitoring of reconciliation of finished goods bin cards.

7) Daily co-ordinate with QA & Production, marketing department for dispatch clearance.

8) Daily Updating of FG stock statement.

9) Ensure to get all GMP Documents to be update online.

Monitoring of Day to day packing material requirement, receipts and issuance to production blocks.
