Warehouse Coordinator - Supply Chain Department

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, store, and issue materials.
• Work assignment and Manpower Management.
• Maintain accurate stock and SAP/WMS records.
• Support stock counts and resolve differences.
• Coordinate picking, packing, and dispatch.
• Report shortages, delays, equipment faults, and other issues.
• Follow safety, quality, housekeeping, and 5S standards.

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.
• 23 years of warehouse, stores, inventory, logistics, or material-handling experience.
• Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP, WMS, and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication, teamwork, accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, reliable, safety-conscious, and willing to learn.
• Candidate must be willing to work in shifts.
