Locations: Bengaluru, Hyderabad

Salary: Up to ₹45,000 per month

Experience: Minimum 3 years in e-commerce

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Audits:
• Conduct thorough financial audits to assess the accuracy of financial statements and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Operational Audits:
• Evaluate operational processes and internal controls to identify areas for improvement and ensure efficiency in e-commerce operations.
• Risk Assessment:
• Perform risk assessments to identify potential areas of risk and develop strategies to mitigate those risks.
• Compliance Monitoring:
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly in relation to e-commerce operations.
• Reporting:
• Prepare detailed audit reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for management review.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with internal teams, including finance, operations, and IT, to facilitate audits and implement corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement:
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in auditing and e-commerce to enhance audit processes and methodologies.
  

Required Skills

• E-commerce Experience: Minimum 3 years of auditing experience within the e-commerce sector.
• Audit Knowledge: Strong understanding of auditing standards, financial regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex financial and operational data.
• Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy in audit findings and reports.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Certifications: Relevant auditing certifications (e.g., CA, CPA, or equivalent) are preferred.
