Wanted Senior Executive / Assistant Manager HR at Hosur

Role & responsibilities

• Recruitment & Manpower Planning: Manage end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent acquisition.
• Employee Lifecycle Management: Handle onboarding, induction, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
• Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with applicable labour laws, PF, ESI, bonus, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning initiatives, and support employee skill development.
• Employee Engagement & Welfare: Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and grievance handling.
• Industrial Relations: Support employee relations, workplace discipline, and labour-related matters.
• Administration: Manage facility operations, canteen, transport, security, vendors, and general administration.
• 5S & Workplace Discipline: Promote 5S practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Health & Safety Coordination: Coordinate employee health and workplace safety initiatives with the concerned teams.
• Audit & Documentation: Maintain HR records, statutory registers, and audit documentation.
