Job Title: Online Pharmacist

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer calls and provide appropriate solutions to medicine-related queries.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting/finding medicines available on our online platform.
• Identify generic alternatives for branded medicines based on the same composition, strength, and dosage form.
• Provide customers with accurate information regarding medicines, compositions, strengths, and availability.
• Handle prescription-related queries and verify prescriptions as per company procedures.
• Resolve customer issues professionally and coordinate with the internal team when required.
• Assist customers who face difficulty searching for generic medicines on the platform.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and professionalism while communicating with customers.

Candidate Profile

• B.Pharm / D.Pharm from a recognized institution.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Pharmacist.
• Strong knowledge of generic and branded medicines.
• Good understanding of medicine compositions, strengths, dosage forms, and therapeutic categories.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Good customer-handling and telephone communication skills.
• Ability to explain medicine-related information clearly to customers.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with online pharmacy/e-commerce platforms preferred.
• Customer-focused, responsible, and willing to work in a fast-paced online pharmacy environment.
