Wanted Line/Final Inspector - Hosur ( CNC Machine Shop)

Role & responsibilities

• Perform in-process and final inspection of components as per drawings and quality standards.
• Check dimensions, tolerances, surface finish, and visual defects using measuring instruments.
• Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections as per inspection plans.
• Identify and segregate rejected/non-conforming components.
• Record and maintain inspection reports and quality check sheets.
• Report quality issues to the Production and Quality teams.
• Ensure proper traceability and identification of inspected components.
• Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Ensure measuring instruments are calibrated and properly maintained.
• Follow IATF/ISO procedures, 5S, safety, and company quality standards.

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Inspection, preferably in CNC/Manufacturing.

Skills Required

• Hands-on experience with Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Bore Gauge, and Gauges.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
