Wanted IB DP chemistry teacher

Key Responsibilities

• Teach IB DP Chemistry effectively according to IB curriculum and assessment requirements.
• Plan and deliver engaging, student-centred lessons.
• Prepare students for IB DP internal and external assessments.
• Guide students in Internal Assessment (IA) projects and research work.
• Conduct practical laboratory sessions and ensure proper safety procedures.
• Develop lesson plans, assessments, worksheets, and learning resources.
• Monitor student progress and provide constructive academic feedback.
• Encourage critical thinking, scientific inquiry, and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain accurate academic records and participate in school meetings and activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support students' overall academic development.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's/Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a related field.
• IB DP Chemistry teaching experience preferred.
• IB training/certification will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
