Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging French lessons aligned with the IB MYP and DP curriculum.
• Develop lesson plans, worksheets, activities, assessments, and digital learning resources.
• Prepare students for IB MYP and DP assessments and examinations.
• Develop students' French speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills.
• Encourage communication, cultural awareness, critical thinking, and inquiry-based learning.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback.
• Support students with IB projects, coursework, and assessment requirements.
• Maintain accurate academic and assessment records.
• Organize language activities and promote French language and culture within the school.
• Collaborate with colleagues, participate in parent meetings, and contribute to school activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in French, French Literature, Education, or a related field.
• 25+ years of French teaching experience, preferably in an IB or international school.
• Experience teaching IB MYP and/or DP French is preferred.
• IB MYP/DP training or certification will be an added advantage.
• Strong proficiency in French and English.
• Excellent communication, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
• Ability to use digital teaching tools and technology effectively.
• Passion for language teaching, cultural learning, and student-centred education.
