Wall Putty Plant Operator

Role & responsibilities :-

• Machine Operation: Set up, start, and operate automated or semi-automated plant machinery, including mixers, pulverizers, blenders, conveyors, and automated packing/bagging machines.
• Process Monitoring: Monitor control panels, gauges, and computer screens to ensure correct raw material ratios (cement, polymers, fillers) and optimal mixing times.
• Material Handling: Load raw materials into hoppers and feed systems. Ensure continuous supply to prevent production downtime.
• Quality Control: Conduct visual checks and collect samples of the finished putty to ensure it meets texture, consistency, and moisture standards before packaging.
• Packaging Oversight: Supervise the automated weighing, filling, and sealing of putty bags. Ensure accurate bag weights and proper labeling.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs on machinery. Promptly report major technical glitches to the maintenance team.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, dust-free work environment to mitigate respiratory risks. Adhere strictly to safety protocols, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) like dust masks and safety goggles.
