• Customer support advisor will be responsible for customer service and handling Product related enquires after Sales from the customer end. Provide and share information with customers by leveraging available tools and information. Via Call Support

Mandatory Criteria-

• Communication skill - Candidates must have Good Assamese & Hindi / Odiya & Hindi.

• Education - Minimum HS Pass- ITI, Diploma, BTECH preferable
• Experience – Fresher & experienced both can apply
• Work Timing – 24*7
• Week off – Rotational

Interview Structure -

• HR round - General Checks - Face to Face Interview
• Training / Operations Round
• Client Round

• Aadhar Card (Complete Date of Birth) – Mandatory
• Pan Card - Mandatory
• Education Marksheets - Mandatory
• Experience Letter, Offer Letter, Pay slips – Applicable for Experience Candidates
