Key Responsibilities

• Administer and support SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server (2016/2019).
• Create, configure, and manage sites, site collections, communication sites, and team sites.
• Manage permissions, access controls, sharing policies, and governance standards.
• Configure and maintain document libraries, lists, workflows, metadata, and content types.
• Monitor SharePoint environment health, performance, storage, and usage.
• Troubleshoot SharePoint-related issues and provide L2/L3 support.
• Implement security and compliance controls, retention policies, and audit requirements.
• Support integration with Microsoft 365 services including Teams, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Azure AD.
• Perform migration activities from on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online.
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell scripting.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and Microsoft support for issue resolution.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong experience in SharePoint Online Administration.
• Experience with SharePoint Server 2013/2016/2019 administration. [JD Format...O365 admin | Word]
• Site collection management and governance.
• SharePoint permissions and security configuration.
• SharePoint migration tools and methodologies.
• PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Microsoft 365 Administration.
• Incident, Change, and Problem Management experience.
