AI-Driven Recruiting & HRTech

Use AI-powered sourcing tools, ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and GenAI tools for smarter hiring

Experiment with AI-driven outreach, talent mapping, automation workflows, and emerging HRTech

trends

Recruitment Analytics & Insights

Track recruitment metrics, sourcing performance, funnel conversions, and hiring trends

Use data-driven insights to optimize hiring strategies and improve decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
  
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting principles including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding processes.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) like Naukri.com or similar platforms.
