Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition professional with strong experience in leadership hiring and executive search, including hiring for C-suite and senior management positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent headhunting, networking, market-mapping, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to engage senior professionals and manage confidential hiring mandates.

Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership Hiring & Executive Search

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and senior management positions, including C-suite roles and other business-critical leadership positions.
• Drive proactive headhunting and identify high-quality leadership talent through LinkedIn, professional networks, industry connections, referrals, and executive search channels.
• Conduct market mapping, competitor talent research, and talent-pool development to identify suitable senior-level candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leadership professionals for current and future hiring requirements.
• Engage senior candidates, assess their suitability, and manage the recruitment process with professionalism and discretion.
• Handle confidential and niche hiring mandates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

2. Stakeholder & Hiring Manager Management

• Partner closely with senior management and business leaders to understand hiring needs, role expectations, and leadership competencies.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies and recruitment plans aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate interview discussions, gather timely feedback, manage compensation expectations, and drive offer negotiations and closures.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, market availability, candidate feedback, and recruitment timelines.

3. Recruitment Operations

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job description preparation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and follow-ups until joining.
• Use job portals, professional networks, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing to attract suitable candidates.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

4. Onboarding & HR Coordination

• Coordinate pre-joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding activities for selected candidates.
• Support employee induction and ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain recruitment and employee documentation in accordance with internal processes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate in any discipline; postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to leadership hiring and executive search.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing and closing senior management and C-suite positions.
• Strong headhunting, networking, market-mapping, and candidate-engagement skills.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing confidential recruitment assignments.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring mandates, work independently, and deliver within defined timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

Candidates with experience in leadership hiring, executive search firms, corporate leadership recruitment, or senior-level hiring within, BPO, KPO, or other corporate environments will be preferred.
