We are hiring "Apprentice Trainees" Required Male Candidates .

Eligibility- B.Tech & Bsc. 2026 passout-Freshers

Qualification: BSc.(Chemistry) , Diploma Chemical & B.Tech Chemical / Pharma

Stipend:

• 17,000 per month
• 500 per month Attendance Bonus

Program FrameworkYear 1 Apprenticeship (NATS)

• Candidates will undergo structured On-the-Job Training (OJT) as Apprenticeship Trainees under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS).
• Training will be provided in the Production Department with exposure to:
• API Manufacturing Processes
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Safety, EHS & SOP Compliance
• Production Documentation
• Equipment Operation & Process Monitoring
• Based on successful completion of the apprenticeship, satisfactory performance, attendance, discipline, and business requirements, candidates may be considered for absorption as Company On-Roll Employees in the Production Department.

Note: Absorption into the company's rolls is subject to successful performance evaluation.
