Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused candidates for the UK International Voice Process. Candidates must have fluent English communication skills and be confident in handling calls with UK customers.

The role involves resolving customer queries, providing product and service information, maintaining customer satisfaction, and identifying upselling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and/or outbound calls from UK customers.
  
• Communicate fluently and professionally in English.
  
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
  
• Identify upselling opportunities and recommend suitable products or services.
  
• Achieve customer service, quality, and sales targets.
  
• Maintain customer records and follow company procedures.
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass / Graduate.
  
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
