SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1 Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services and user accounts.

2 Monitor service health and resolve issues across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and other M365 apps.

3 Provide L2 support for end-user issues related to Microsoft 365.

4 Manage licensing, user provisioning, shared mailbox and Distribution List via Azure AD and Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Conditional Access.

5 Create and maintain documentation for configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting.

6 Stay updated on Microsoft 365 roadmap and recommend improvements or new features.

7 Manage compliance and governance features such as retention policies, eDiscovery, and audit logs.

8 Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper access and data handling.

9 Evaluate and implement new Microsoft 365 features, aligning with business needs and security standards.

10 Coordinate with vendors and Microsoft support for issue resolution and service requests.
