Role & responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions for UK customers. • Provide professional and effective resolution to customer queries. • Maintain excellent customer service standards. • Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions. • Ensure accurate documentation and timely updating of customer information. • Follow process guidelines, quality standards and compliance requirements. • Meet defined productivity and customer satisfaction parameters.

Process: UK International Voice Process

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Work Location: Bangalore

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Weekly Off: 2 Days Rotational / Split Off

Shift: Rotational Shifts, including UK-aligned working hours

ELIGIBILITY

Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate as applicable

Experience: Freshers / Experienced candidates with good communication skills can apply.
