Salary and Benefits:

6 months to 1yr – Rs 19000 take home plus Rs 2000 performance incentive (Salary not negotiable)

1yr & above – Rs 21000 take home plus Rs 2400 performance incentive( Salary not negotiable)

• Two-way free cab facility for both pick and drop (*25 km radius)

Requirements:

• Education: +2 / Higher secondary & above
• Good written skill in English is required
• Should be an immediate joiner
• Should be able to work in night shifts (no day shifts)
• Should be flexible for rotational week-offs

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound chats within guidelines established by the client and call center management. Ensure the delivery of a quality customer experience on each transaction
• Ensure that all complaints are recognized, recorded, confirmed and solved effectively.
• Recognize and promote additional products and services to the customers, in line with their needs and requirements and as directed.
