Role & responsibilities

• Manage and maintain SAP Customer Master Data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems.
• Oversee SAP Vendor Master Data processes to support seamless business operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
• Provide expertise in Master Data Management to enhance data quality and governance.
• Implement data validation and cleansing procedures to maintain data integrity.
• Support data migration projects by ensuring accurate data mapping and transformation.
• Develop and document data management processes and best practices.
• Analyze data trends and provide insights to improve data management strategies.
• Assist in the development of data management policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with data management standards and regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of data management tools and technologies.
• Facilitate training sessions to educate team members on data management practices.
• Monitor data quality metrics and report findings to stakeholders.

• Data Maintenance: Creates and updates records for materials (weights, sizes), vendors (locations, lead times), and customers (shipping addresses).
• Quality Control: Finds and fixes data errors, such as duplicate item numbers or wrong shipping addresses.
• System Alignment: Links data between main systems (Oracle) so all departments see the same real-time information.
• Compliance: Checks vendor and customer data against watch lists to meet international trade and safety laws.
• Process Improvement: Helps fix root causes of data errors to speed up warehouse and delivery operations.

Preferred:

• Experience with risk management and mitigation strategies.
• TruckMate TMS experience strongly preferred; AS400, Salesforce experience an advantage

Prior experience in a logistics, transportation, or fleet management environment

Preferred candidate profile

• Looking for experience in MDM Vendor master data or Pricing
• Willng work in Night shifts & WFO
• Notice (Immediate to 45 days)
