Role & responsibilities

• Set up Brokers & Drivers in system assign driver ID and sent notice to internal teams
• Set up Units (trucks) in system advise internal teams when complete
• Update expiries for Motor Vehicle Inspections, Driver License, LCV training & certifications, Transport of Dangerous Goods training, Free and Secure Trade (federal cross-border programme Transport Canada and CBSA) cards, work permits, passports, etc. Saving copies of these documents in the drivers electronic file
• Review Monthly Maintenance Report coming into the department — review for completeness and 'check' as being complete against list of expected ones each month
• Review Motor Vehicle Inspection, Workers Compensation Board, and Monthly Maintenance Report coming in for accuracy and completeness — mark as received on lists and update in system

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in freight rating, billing, or logistics operations
• Experience in any of PeopleNet Fleet Management tool, MercuryGate CARMA, Oracle Fusion Cloud
• OK with Night Shifts & WFO
• Immediate joiners & 15 Day's Notice
