Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic professionals to join our Banking & Mutual Fund Operations team. The role involves managing transaction processing, reconciliations, investor servicing, compliance activities, reporting, and operational support across Mutual Fund and Banking processes. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Mutual Fund and Banking transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, switches, transfers, and related operational activities.
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, and exception management to ensure process accuracy.
• Monitor and resolve operational discrepancies within defined timelines.
• Support NAV-related activities, transaction uploads, and reporting requirements.
• Handle investor/client queries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, operational guidelines, and internal SOPs.
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and management reports.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to achieve operational goals.
• Guide and mentor junior team members based on experience level.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Freshers and experienced professionals (0-6 years) can apply.
• Prior experience in Mutual Fund Operations, Banking Operations, Financial Services, Reconciliation, Investor Services, or Fund Accounting will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• Basic to advanced knowledge of Mutual Fund and Banking Operations.
• Understanding of SEBI, AMFI, and related regulatory guidelines is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented and deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in transaction processing and reconciliation.
• Exposure to audit, compliance, and risk management activities.
• Knowledge of process improvement and automation initiatives.
• Leadership and team management capabilities for experienced candidates.
