Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates with experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales are preferred.
• Education: 2nd PUC / Graduation Both eligible.
• Candidates must have good communication skills in Kannada or Bengali.
• Candidates should be confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented.
• Candidates should be interested in building a long-term career in Sales.
• Freshers with a strong interest in Sales are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work in a target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 1. Making Outbound Calls and take the feedback of the customers about our services.
• 2. Understanding the Interested and Non- Interested Customers.
• 3. Generate high quality leads as defined by the sales protocols.
• 4. Attending incoming calls and understanding clients concerns with complete patience and
• enthusiasm.
• 5. Maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.
• 6. Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects.
• 7. Responsible for adhering to information security guidelines.

Salary / CTC

Freshers: 3 4 LPA
Experienced: CTC Negotiable, based on experience and skills.
