Role: Sales Associate || Gurugram

We are looking for customer-focused professionals to join our C2C Marketplace team. As a Relationship Associate, you will manage interactions between buyers and sellers, drive transactions, and deliver a seamless customer experience while contributing to sales growth

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction journey.
• Ensure timely communication and smooth deal progression.
• Schedule and facilitate test drives between buyers and sellers.
• Understand customer requirements and assist in moving deals to closure.
• Pitch Cars24 Consumer Financing (Loans) and explain product features and benefits.
• Address customer queries and obtain agreement on loan Terms & Conditions.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely closures and high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient deal execution.
• Achieve assigned sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction targets.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 03 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Business Development.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-first mindset with a passion for sales.
• Good negotiation and relationship management skills.
