• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of pharmacy and store operations
• Inventory, stock and expiry management
• Team handling and leadership skills for Store Manager
• Customer-focused and target-oriented approach

• Accurate dispensing of medicines as per prescriptions
• Customer service and patient counselling
• Inventory and expiry management
• Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and SOPs
• Drive sales, diagnostics and multichannel operations
• Manage store operations and team performance.
