• Position: Customer Service Associate Semi Voice Process
• Location: Hyderabad
• Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
• Process: International Semi Voice / Chat Process
• Language: English(Excellent communication Skill's)
• Experience: 1 to 2 years minimum

• Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customers through written communication
• Manage Chat & Voice interactions
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication
• Understand customer queries and requirements
• Provide suitable solutions to customer concerns
• Resolve queries related to products and services
• Maintain high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate customer records
• Content Review

Eligibility Criteria:

• 10+2 is mandatory
• Diploma (3 years)
• Undergraduates
• BE/B.Tech
• Graduates any stream
• International Semi-Voice Process experience is mandatory
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• If you hold relevant experience you can walk in for interview.
