Hiring Denial Multispecialty Coders/QA

Responsibilties:

• Review denied claims and medical documentation across multiple specialties.
• Identify denial reasons and perform accurate coding corrections.
• Assign ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes as per documentation.
• Analyze payer-specific denial trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure coding compliance with CMS, AMA, and payer guidelines.
• Rework and resubmit claims after necessary coding corrections.
• Maintain productivity and quality metrics as defined by the organization.
• Collaborate with billing, AR, and provider teams to resolve claim denials.
