Job Title: Spot Buy Specialist

Job Role: Process Lead-Jl4B

The Spot Buy Specialist manages the end-to-end Spot Buy process, from compliance review of PRs to quotation, negotiation, and supplier selection. This role also supports invoice discrepancy management and contributes to updating category cards and buying channel instructions.

Key Activities:

• Perform compliance review & checks on Spot Buy PR received.
• Support invoice discrepancies management when linked to price.
• Perform overall PR to PO Spot Buy process: quotation request, negotiation (price/T&Cs), supplier selection.
• Support category cards & buying channels instructions' updates.
  
  Qualifications
• Associates or bachelors degree in business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in procurement, buying or a similar role with negotiation responsibilities.
• Experience with quick sourcing and supplier selection
  

Skills:

• Strong negotiation skills for price and terms.
• Analytical skills for compliance review and problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of contract & T&C management and its legal constraints
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under time constraints.
• Google Workspace
• English B2
• Knowledge of the Coupa and SAP S4 systems is preferred
