Job Summary- Sales Manager - Capital Equipment Finance
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Manager for our Capital Equipment Finance business. The role involves sourcing business for Machinery Loans. This is an individual contributor role with a strong focus on field sales, relationship management, and business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly business targets of Rs. 1 Crore to Rs. 1.5 Crore.
• Source and generate business for Machinery Loans, LAP, Unsecured Business Loans, and CC/OD Limits.
• Conduct regular field visits to machinery dealers, OEMs, vendors, suppliers, and prospective customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and DSAs for continuous lead generation.
• Identify and onboard new channel partners and referral sources.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth case processing and disbursement.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the territory.
• Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of customer queries.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Graduation in any discipline is mandatory.
• Relevant experience in Equipment & Machinery Finance, Unsecured Loans, LAP, Business Loans & Working Capital, or related products preferred.

Required Skills:

• Excellent relationship management and networking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Must own a bike/two-wheeler.
• Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
• Comfortable with extensive field work and local travel.
