Walkin Drive- Acquisition Manager -CASA/Business Banking

Responsibilities

• Acquire Current Account (CA) customers from SMEs, MSMEs, traders, professionals, and business establishments through field sourcing and market mapping.
• Drive growth in Current Account balances, customer acquisition, and overall business banking portfolio.
• Identify and onboard high-value business clients while ensuring quality sourcing.
• Generate new business through references, networking, and engagement with local business communities.
• Cross-sell Business Loans, Trade & Forex, CMS, POS, Payment Solutions, Insurance, and other banking products.
• Conduct customer meetings to understand business requirements and offer customized banking solutions.
• Ensure smooth onboarding, KYC compliance, documentation, and account activation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners to enhance wallet share and product penetration.
• Monitor competitor activity and identify opportunities to expand market presence.
• Achieve assigned acquisition, revenue, and cross-sell targets.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Experience in Current Account Acquisition, CASA Sales, Business Banking, SME Banking, or Corporate Salary sales.
• Strong local market knowledge and business networking skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and acquisition targets.
