Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum 4+ years of overall experience in an International BPO environment (Voice/Chat process).
Minimum 2 years of team handling experience (must be reflected on paper).
Candidate must be a Graduate.
Candidate must be working as team lead in his current organization.
