Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead R2R Finance & Accounting operations
• Handle month-end close and financial close activities within timelines.
• Review and analyse P&L and balance sheet
• Drive Financial Reporting, Business Analysis & Management Reporting
• Lead, mentor and manage finance teams
• Monitor operational metrics, including attrition, shrinkage, productivity and team performance
• Ensure process controls, governance and compliance
• Manage internal/external stakeholders and client communication
• Drive process improvement and operational excellence initiatives
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Strong experience in Record to Report (R2R)
• Strong knowledge of month-end close, financial close, P&L and balance sheet analysis
• Experience in Financial Reporting and Business Analysis
• Proven people/team management experience
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience handling operational KPIs/metrics.
