1. Packing Operator

• Operate and monitor packing machines used for dairy and ice cream products.
• Perform machine setup, changeovers, and routine cleaning.
• Ensure proper sealing, packaging quality, and production targets.
• Follow GMP, hygiene, and food safety standards.

2. Mechanical Maintenance

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.
• Troubleshoot mechanical faults in pumps, motors, conveyors, and gearboxes.
• Conduct equipment inspections, lubrication, and component replacement.
• Ensure minimum machine downtime and safe equipment operation.

3. Refrigeration Operator

• Operate and monitor industrial refrigeration systems and compressors.
• Maintain required temperature and pressure parameters.
• Monitor refrigerant levels, cooling systems, and plant performance.
• Perform routine inspections and report abnormalities.
• Follow refrigeration safety procedures.

4. SCADA Operator

• Monitor and control plant operations through SCADA systems.
• Monitor process parameters, alarms, temperatures, and production data.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during abnormalities.
• Maintain process logs and ensure smooth plant operations.

5. Reach Truck Operator

• Operate reach trucks for material handling and warehouse operations.
• Move raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods safely.
• Load, unload, and stack materials in designated storage locations.
• Maintain inventory movement records and follow warehouse safety procedures.

6. Downstream Equipment Operator

• Operate downstream equipment such as conveyors, wrapping, sealing, and product-handling systems.
• Monitor equipment performance and maintain production line flow.
• Perform routine cleaning, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
• Ensure product quality, packing standards, and production targets.

7. Electrical Maintenance

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot motors, control panels, electrical circuits, and VFDs.
• Maintain electrical panels, sensors, and industrial wiring.
• Ensure safe operation of electrical systems and minimize downtime.
• Follow electrical safety and lockout/tagout procedures.

8. Shift Executive

• Supervise daily production activities and manpower allocation.
• Monitor production targets, quality, yield, and process parameters.
• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Utilities teams.
• Maintain shift production reports and ensure adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety standards.

9. Cone Operator

• Operate and monitor ice cream cone filling and production machines.
• Ensure proper cone feeding, ice cream filling, and product weight.
• Monitor machine settings, product quality, and production speed.
• Perform routine cleaning, machine changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
• Follow hygiene, food safety, and production standards.
