Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and return-related concerns through calls.
• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through professional customer interactions.
• Maintain quality, process, and compliance standards.
• Document customer interactions and follow the required process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Any Graduate.
• Experience: Freshers & Experienced(6months - 2Years) candidates can apply.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Good knowledge of customer support practices.
• Typing Speed: 35 WPM with 90% accuracy.
• Willingness to work from office.
• Comfortable working in night/rotational shifts.
• Candidates should reside within 15 km of the work location.
