Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
• Work with HR stakeholders to understand business requirements.
• Support implementation, enhancements, testing, and deployments.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and provide solutions.
• Prepare project documentation and training material.

Required Skills

• Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules such as Core HR, Talent Management, Recruitment, Learning, Compensation, or Benefits.
• Understanding of HR business processes.
• Experience in implementation, support, or enhancement projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and client-facing experience.
