Role- Technology Support - Oracle CX Cloud Consultant

Experience-3+ Years

Location-Bangalore

Education-Graduation

Notice Period-0-15 Days only

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle CX Cloud applications.
• Work with business teams to optimize customer engagement processes.
• Configure Oracle CX modules and support enhancements.
• Conduct testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Drive business process improvements and user adoption.

Required Skills

• Experience in Oracle CX Cloud modules such as Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ, Loyalty, or B2B Service.
• Understanding of CRM and Customer Experience processes.
• Experience in Oracle Cloud implementations and support engagements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Common Requirement for All Roles

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant Oracle Cloud experience.
• Willingness to work from office (WFO).
• Open to relocate to project/business locations across India.
• Strong communication and client interaction skills.
• Experience in implementation, rollout, upgrade, or support projects preferred
