Walk-in || Wireless Network Engineer/SME/Architect : B_WalkIn

Roles & Responbilities:

• Design and implement wireless architectures using centralized, distributed, and cloudmanaged controller models (e.g., Cisco Catalyst/9800, Aruba Mobility Controllers, Juniper Mist).
• Evaluate controller clustering, redundancy, HA, and scalability models for multisite deployments.
• Integrate controllers with authentication, policy enforcement, location services, and network management tools.
• Conduct or review physical site surveys (predictive, passive, and active) for validation and optimization.
• Lead RF planning activities including predictive modeling, spectrum analysis, and signal propagation assessments.
• Define RF profiles and power/channel allocation strategies based on building characteristics, device density, and application requirements.
