Linguistic Telecaller

Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

Language: Kannada, Tamil, Gujarati

Role Type: Full-Time / Permanent

Experience: Freshers Welcome

Education: Graduate (Any Discipline)

Salary: As per industry standards

Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Making proactive calls to customers to initiate the collection of overdue payments.
• Assessing customers' financial situations to offer suitable payment solutions and resolve complex issues.
• Adhering to company policies, procedures, and all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
• Following up with customers with an updated data report.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written proficiency in regional or designated linguistic languages.
• Working knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong integrity and a detail-oriented approach to managing confidential financial data.
• Solid organizational abilities, time management and multi-tasking skills.
