• Sourcing potential Candidates through job fairs, job portals ,on- campus/off- campus drives etc.
• Ability to screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Interview Candidates (Telephonic/In-person)
• Capability to recruit in bulk numbers with in short span of time.
• Ability to review applicants documents and conduct background checks.
• Work Timings : 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)

Eligibility :

• Chennai based Female candidates only.
• Any Graduates Preferably Freshers (2025 & 2026 passed outs) with a passion for HR Recruitment
• Excellent oral and written Communication skills.
• Hindi language proficiency is added advantage
• Ability to interact confidently with candidates
• Immediate Joiners only
