Sales Executive Profile

The Sales Executive North Gujarat Market will be responsible for driving sales and market penetration of SGS Product Conformity Assessment (PCA) and PreShipment Inspection (PSI/CoC) services across North Gujarat. The role involves identifying, acquiring, and managing a portfolio of exporters, manufacturers, trading houses, and logistics / customsbroker partners that require PCAlinked inspections and conformity certificates for their shipments to regulated markets.

• Desirable: Basic understanding of export documentation, customs clearance, and conformity assessment / certification concepts (CoC, PCA, PSI, PVOC, etc.) is preferred
• Specialization:

1. Strong B2B consultative selling and valueproposition pitching for PCA as a riskmitigation and customsclearance tool.
2. Ability to explain technical trade terms (CoC, PCA, PSIC, DGFT, standards/technical regulations) to export managers, customs brokers, and finance teams.
3. Comfort with SFDC / CRM tools, sales reporting, and basic quotation / proposal drafting.

Inspection Engineer

• Inspection coordination within the region and branch
• Executing Physical /Remote inspection at various locations upon request from IC coordinator, verifying that all information provided for inspection execution is complete and allows executing inspection without problem.
• Observance of inspectors manual (handout) and IJO for inspection execution.
• Reporting of inspection results according to standard TFS Inspection Report form.
• On time submission of inspection report to TFS IC office, according to deadlines provided by KPIs.
• Reporting to Inspection Coordinator/Inspection Manager of any risky information detected during inspection process, according to risk detection guidance provided by IC management.
• Taking care of Security Material supplied by the IC coordinator; reporting all Security Material movement to IC Coordinator (used, damaged, and lost) for prompt registration /action.
• Careful use of tools and materials provided by the company for inspection execution.
• Using standard security elements for personnel protection to make the execution under safety conditions.
