• Cold call people using a given leads to sell real estate products.
• Answer incoming calls from prospectivecustomers.
• Use scripts to provideinformationabout productsfeatures, prices etc. and present their benefits.
• Ask pertinent questions to understand the customers requirementsand persuade the customer to buy by
demonstratinghow merchandise or services meet their needs.
• Record the customers personal informationaccuratelyin a computer system and deal with complaintsor doubts
to safeguard the companysreputation.
• Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
