Job Description:

• Excellent English Communication Skills both Oral & Written is must

• Should have exposure towards Employee Relation and Employee Engagement Activities

• Well Versed with MS Office and Data handling

• Act as a SPOC for all Employee related activities to connect the gap between Management and Employees

• To handle all grievances and queries related to the Employees on the floor

• To conduct Exit interviews and smooth F&F settlements

• To Conduct R&R program ever quarterly

• To Conduct Fun Activities and Festival Celebrations

• To act as SPOC for Annual Appraisal Process
