Role & responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple branches or clusters.
• Responsible to drive Gold Loan growth, incremental interest collection, NPA reduction and OFP Business.
• Responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve targets and business objectives.
• Providing guidance an mentorship role to all Branch teams.
• Monitoring and evaluating key performances metrics and taking proactive measures to address field staff issues

Preferred candidate profile

• Applicant should have excellent Sales experience.
• Team Management and Team Handling Skills
• Pro Active Approach and Punctual
